Hvis man bliver grebet skal man selv lave en øvelse

Hvis man rammer hovedet skal man selv lave 10 burpees

Rx: Metcon (7 Rounds for reps)

7 stationer 3 min på 1 min pause

– DB push jerks 2×22.5/2×15 kg

– T2B

– cal rows

– Butterfly sit ups

– KB swings 28/20
