40 sec. single arm OHS hold H, 20 sec. pause

40 sec. single arm OHS hold V, 20 sec. pause

40 sec. weighted hollow hold*, 20 sec. pause

40 sec. superman hold, 20 sec. pause

10 one legged hip thrust (H/V)
