– Cal row

– True form ( 100 m = 1 rep)

– burpees to target (15 cm)

– DB thruster 2 x 22.5/2 x 15

– Box jumps

– Sled push med 2 x 20 kg

– Butterfly sit ups

Alle arbejder samtidig på burpees og sit ups ( tælles sammen)
